The summit was convened under the theme: Resilience for Business Sustainability. The 2-day summit had various panel discussions on digitalization, global branding, risk management, global trade exhibitions and provided a platform for business matching and networking opportunities. The summit was attended by more than 200 delegates from Australia, India, Mongolia, Malaysia, South Africa, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Nepal, Bangladesh, Singapore, Indonesia, Korea, Cambodia, and more.

The event was graced by The High Commissioner of South Africa in Singapore, HE Charlotte Lobe, Dr. Amy Khor, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment & Ministry of Transport and members of the Diplomatic corpse from the participating countries.

It was a mometus occasion for IWFCI South Africa as the Chapter President participated in the official signing ceremony for IWFCI South Africa.
